Once we receive the completed Booking Form we will firstly provide you with a firm price for the required itinerary with suggestions regarding how we believe the itinerary can be changed for your benefit, if appropriate. We will also check availability and advise you when further payments are due. We can make changes and re-cost the itinerary without any penalty at this point, should you wish to do so.

Terms and Conditions

In order to work out a detailed quote we require a $100 non-refundable deposit which will be credited towards your trip cost. Please complete the application form and your credit card details if you would like us to work out a quote for you.
Inclusions on the trip will be clearly specified. Therefore it can be assumed that anything that is not mentioned as being included will not be included.
Due to maintenance and/or competitions golf courses may not be available on certain days. If this is the case we will endeavour to ensure you are provided with a suitable alternative.
Prices remain subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Golf Malaysia acts as an agent for various service providers. You may like to contact applicable service providers regarding their terms and conditions as they may limit or exclude liability in certain instances. We are unable to take responsibility for the actions or performance of individual service providers or circumstances that may affect your trip but are beyond our control.
As it is not possible to cover every eventuality here please let us know if you have any specific concern(s) so that we can hopefully alleviate them to your satisfaction.
